Callebaut Gold Callets incorporate ingredients of caramelised sugar and caramelised milk. Callebaut Gold has an intense yet balanced caramel/chocolate taste, with rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and an exciting dash of salt.  It has a beautiful amber colour and pairs well with other flavours of vanilla and tonka beans, apple, cherry, matcha tea, popcorn, almonds, apricots and dates.  Try enrobing fruits like dried apricots for a simple petit four.

Originally established as a brewery in Belgium, Callebaut began producing chocolate in 1911 and soon after switched entirely to chocolate production. What originally began as a small family business has since become an international powerhouse in chocolate production, with a commitment to sustainability which is manifested through the reinvestment of a portion of profits in sustainable cocoa farming and community programs throughout West African cocoa-growing communities.
