Like the famous Neumann microphone it's named after, Darks Coffee Roasters 'U47' is versatile, suitable for use in espresso, milk, filter or cold brew. It has a forward acidity, with a dense, medium to full body and milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut flavours for a lingering, clean finish.

Established and based in Newcastle, Darks Coffee Roasters have proven their roasting skills on both a national and international level. The two co-owners, Trent and Adam are both musicians with a production background, and label their blends after favourite musical production equipment.
