The aim of these off the cuff, ‘round our kitchen bench’ type classes is that our staff, who have worked in the food industry for years are given the opportunity to show you their go-to meals. The dishes that consistently impress at lunch and dinner – the ones they can’t escape and to be honest – they don’t want to.

Let’s face it if you can prep, cook  and have a delicious, nutritious, two-thumbs-up meal on the table in an hour and a half – would you want to forget that? Heck no!

So pull up a chair at our bench and soak up the action and joy of Lea Browning. With over  30 years of experience; around Australia, off-shore (literally -on a fishing trawler), in the OZHARVEST kitchen as well as various outreach programs. We are so lucky to have Lea in Our Pantry
