THP and Briar Ridge present wine and cheese

Saturday, June 22 - 11.30AM - 1PM

If you love cheese and you love wine, and you love talking, tasting, and learning then this is a class for you!

Join us for a fabulous introduction to some of the best cheeses Australia has to offer. Historically, European cheeses have been considered the best and most sought after – but we’d have to disabrie – I mean disagree.

Here at The Hunter’s Pantry not only do we celebrate having a designated cheesemonger with a nose that knows the good stuff – we also have a built-in ethos about cultivating and celebrating Australian product, and if it’s local? That’s even better!

Prepare your palate as we traverse Australia from The Southern Highlands of NSW (Pecora Dairy) and Sutton Grange in Victoria (Holy Goat Cheese) before chuffing off to The Adelaide Hills (Section 28 Artisan Cheese) by way of Pyengana Dairy and The Bruny Island Cheese co in Tasmania.

With matching wines from Briar Ridge vineyard (Hunter Valley), this a class that will set you up for all your entertaining needs – and you’ll learn lots too!
