Discover the culinary delights of a cuisine steeped in tradition and flavour - with our spirit animal Wanitha Tanasingam.

Kitchen goddess Wanitha Tanasingam is back in ours to guide you on this spice riddled journey.

Steeped in over 3000 years of cultural heritage Sri Lanka is a rare jewel.

Often confused with Indian cuisine, the Sri Lankan palate offers distinctive points of difference with its traditions. With an emphasis on punchy, sweet-sour flavours, incorporating interesting vegetables and fruits and spicy coconut based curries this class is sure to be a treat for the food adventurers among us!

Wanitha Tanasingam is a force in the kitchen; with her father as Head Chef for the Kedeh Royal Family in Malaysia she had no choice - her earliest memories are from the kitchen.

It was there she learned the difference between sweet, bitter, sour and salty - and how to wield it!

With her infectious personality and zest for life she moved to Australia and quickly became a go-to consultant for public food events and cooking schools as well as  morning and cable TV. Wanitha's classes are full of energy and incredible knowledge - they really are not to be missed.
