When the weather cools we all look for carby goodness. Imagine being about to whip up a quick handmade pasta and a classic carbonara sauce. We are talking the most banging carbonara sauce you can imagine.
In this quick two and ½ hour class, you will learn that it’s challenging and marvellous to look at your dinner and say, “I made every single thing on that plate!”
Join Chef Paul Niddrie for this delicious 2 hour cook - you will hand roll your own Cavatelli pasta dough and make a classic (uncurdled) carbonara sauce. He’ll balance your diet by showing you how to throw together a delicious side salad and tweak the perfect vinaigrette to accompany it.
Two skills in one. You’ll never go hungry again!
This class requires a minimum of 8 participants to go ahead.
