One of the more popular Fancy Hank sauces, this sweet and spicy hot sauce makes use of the fairly uncommon pairing of jalapeño and peach. It has a nice acidic zing to it, followed by the mild heat of jalapeño and fragrant sweetness of peach. Great with lighter meats or sausages, this is also wonderful smothered over eggs.
