Kids? Piece of cake!

Pets? Piece of pie!

Plants? Not a problem!

Sourdough starter – Arghghghgarghgahghghgh! (cue the human shaped hole in the wall)

If this sounds familiar then this is the class for you!

Join Paul Niddrie (Former head chef Flotilla and all round hero at The Hunter's Pantry) for this enleavening 😉 class.

In this three-and-a-half-hour treat, you will essentially work through every step of sourdough without the bother of maintaining a starter. Your bread will have all the characteristics of sourdough – without the sour dough.

Shape, proof and bake your dough.

Use your hands and take your very own dough baby home with you – and bake a loaf there as well!

You’ll also learn how to make a deliciously moreish brioche (dressed with onion jam and cheddar) and enjoy it at the end of the class with a glass of bubbles.

Load your brain with knowledge as we quite literally tear apart some other breads, and discuss their characteristics – what makes them unique and how to achieve it.

It’s a bread class for the ages.

You’ll even take home your bread lame (RRP $12.95)  to threaten countless other loaves with!
