Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey is one of the world’s most unique and rare wild honeys.

The bees collect nectar from the Leatherwood tree, a descendant of the ancient Gondwana forests that continue to grow in the remote, World Heritage-listed western Tasmanian wilderness.

Long renowned for its extraordinarily piquant floral complexity in bouquet and flavour, this honey has a very distinct flavour profile with a stunning floral aroma and spicy aftertaste.
