Julia Roberts was NOT referring to Escargot when she coined the term "slippery little suckers" she was talking about our native nut -the Macadamia.  

For anyone who has seen the nut fly across the room like a missile destined for a window, you know the danger associated with opening macadamias.

But not any more.  The nut has met its match.  The Australian made crack a mac carefully holds the nut in place while you put the screws it.  It's not fast, but it is satisfying!
