We use local fresh plums and beetroot, hand chopped and simmered until reduced to the perfect consistency. This mouth-watering chutney combines the sweet earthy tones of beetroot with the tartness of plums, sultanas and spices. Enjoy with a fresh terrine or pate and some soft cheese.
