Rice wine vinegar is mild, slightly sweet is made from fermented rice. This vinegar is commonly used in a variety of Japanese, Chinese and Taiwanese dishes, but it can be used as a nice substitution for other vinegar's to bring a sweet zing to a sauce, marinade or dressing.
