As the temperature drops we all become a little more aware of our bodily health, particularly our gut health.
It’s been a hot minute since Jane Jenkinson (of Wholefood Family) has graced us with her bubbly presence – but we’re wrapped to say she’ll be back in our house!
Enjoy this incredible 4 hour masterclass, get hands-on experience and a gutful of know-how from this font of knowledge.
Jane will take you through the process, the whys and hows – ensuring that you leave the space confident in your ability to further explore fermentation and feel the benefits of it in your life.
That’s right – it’s a triple threat!
Across four hours you will create 1litre of Caraway sauerkraut, 1 litre of kimchi (Baechu) and 500ml of kombucha (you will receive a Scobie on the day)
At the end of the class sit down to a gut friendly Nourish bowl and enjoy a Q&A with Jane (there are always sooooo many questions)
Leave with your arms full of goodies. Class includes:
- 2 x 1 litre fido jars filled with kraut and kimchi (RRP $16.95 each)
- 1 x Twist top jar of kombucha (with Scobie)
- Recipes cards
- Light lunch and Q&A
- Laods of fun and stories.

- Please be aware we do not offer refunds/transfers into other events/credits due to change in personal circumstances, including illness. We ask if you are presenting with COVID-19 like symptoms and/or have the COVID-19 virus that you refrain from attending and that you contact us.
- For whatever reason a person/s is not able to attend, we welcome a person/s of your choosing to take the place, providing there is no change in dietary circumstances from the original ticket holder.
- We require all dietary/allergy information to be disclosed prior to purchase. If any dietary/allergies are present, please contact us before purchasing a ticket. We cannot provide a credit/refund/transfer due to dietary/allergy requirements after purchase.
