Vegans - welcome to heaven. Traditionally, 'Nduja is a spreadable pork sausage originating from the Calibrian region of Southern Italy. The good people at Belazu have re-created a paste with all of the flavour of the original, and none of the animal. Ve-Du-Ya is perfect on pizzas, as a base for a pasta dish, or to add warmth to a marinade or sauce, vegan or not.
